If you want a Visit....Here is how it works!
2015 Holiday Visits (Home or Office)
So, you have decided that you want a visit from Mrs. Claus. Here are the steps you need to follow to make that happen.
- Fill out the Step 1 form. This form will get you in line to schedule a visit. We will need some basic information to get you started. After your form is submitted, an Elf will get you on our call list, and we will start looking on where we can fit you on the schedule. We try to accommodate your family schedule as much as we can. Once Mrs. Claus contacts you, she will get you moved on to Step 2.
- Step 2 requires 2 things from you....another form to fill out, and a paypal invoice for the deposit (if required). The Step 2 from is VITAL for your visit, and must be completed before Mrs. Claus will visit your location. She cannot do a proper visit without this information. Please fill out the form and return it as soon as possible. We can make updates/additions as it gets closer to your visit time and date, and Mrs. Claus will even give you a cell number that you can text any last minute update even as she is driving over to your home! She's that good. Please be sure that the email you provide is associated with your PayPal account. If you need to pay by cash or check for your visit, Mrs. Claus is the only one you can discuss payment with and will approve or deny request. No member of her staff will ever ask you for your credit card or banking information. Deposits are due 45-30 days before visit and will secure your date and time (and backup date/time in case of need of reschedule), are a minimal portion of the over all cost of the visit, and they are NOT refundable for any reason.
- Once set up with Forms and Deposit, final payment is due no later than 5 days before visit. If paying in cash or check, Mrs. Claus will coordinate the exchange of payment.
- On the day of the visit, you will have received a confirmation email detailing the date, time block, and reminders of what you need to be prepared for. It will also contain a cell number for Mrs. Claus and/or her team for you to contact if things change. Keep that email handy!
