If you have already purchased your event tickets for the Christmas in July Check In at Haute Mommies and Bella Babies on Sunday, July 26th, the following form/information is essential for your visit. WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION, YOUR VISIT CANNOT BE PERSONALIZED.

Form MUST be complete 72 hours before event, or we cannot/will not guarantee that Mrs. Claus will mention any details about your child, hence turning the visit into nothing more than a photo opportunity. Your information will not be shared or sold to anyone outside of the Mrs. Claus Checks In team.

Tell us about your household. Names of people who live with you. Names/types of pets. Important Babysitters, Teachers, or any BFFs that are impacting the child/childrens lives daily. *

Tell us about last Christmas. Where were you? What were the kids favorite presents? What made the holiday special...something that stands out. *

Do you have a Elf on the Shelf? What is the name? *

MOST IMPORTANT: Need to know about the Naughty vs. Nice. Give us ONE Naughty item per child that you would like to have addressed. (Arguing about bedtime, not eating veggies, not helping with chores, etc). Then give us TWO Nice things your child has been doing (clearing the table, trying hard at swim lessons, being a good helper). *

Parent Naughty Item : We always like to address an item that the Parent or one adult/teen attending can work on (Mommy said she would slow down on the Starbucks, Daddy leaves his socks on the floor, big Sister hogs the TV) Please use a person that will be at the event. *

**Please be aware, not ALL of the provided information will be discussed. Mrs. Claus likes to engage children in REAL conversations and does not stick to a script. She will be focused on discussing the Naughty and Nice items, but will use all of the other information to make the visit as magical and real as possible for the child. He Elves will also be armed with the information provided so they can also play an important part in the visit.
